Jennifer Henriquez – Holistic Life Coach
Who are you?
Hi there! My name is Jennifer Henriquez and I am a coach with Coaching with Grace LLC. Not only am I a coach but I am also a school counselor in NYC. As an educator I saw the need to help others become the best version of themselves.
Who do you serve?
I serve women and educators with discovering their highest potential and unlocking their true passions that allow them to live the life they want to. I started my coaching business after being coached myself and wanted to help others succeed in their mind, body, and spirit. As a native Latina New Yorker I understand the hustle and bustle of life and the toll it can take.
How you serve?
At the current moment I do one on one coaching sessions and will be hosting zoom workshops once a month
What do you love about coaching?
Coaching has been a game changer for me! Coaching allowed me to truly be accountable for my actions and goals. Coaching helps you discover the bigger “why” and how to use the tools you already have to live in your truest potential.
What’s your favorite coaching question and how come?
My favorite coaching question starts from the beginning of any session; does anything need to be cleared today before we start? I believe in order to get to your ultimate goal you need to realize what is blocking that and why? What’s the bigger meaning behind that blockage and what work needs to be done in order to get passed it. Sometimes we don’t even know what’s blocking us but saying it allowed and hearing ourselves say it has a huge positive effect.
What’s a favorite resource you share with those you serve?
Before coaching sessions and with permission from my clients I love to share quotes and moments of meditation. Starting off the session with peace and love is an essential part of coaching and great for the coaching relationship with my clients.

Becca Rich – Holistic Time Coach
Who are you?
I’m Becca Rich. I’m an engineer turned certified Holistic Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, and Reiki Energy Healer. I’m a virgo sun, leo rising, and gemini moon and Manifesting Generator. And I’m currently a digital nomad traveling the world with my husband.
Who do you serve?
I work with entrepreneurs who want to go from never enough time and constantly stretched thin to sustainably reaching their goals and living a life of balance and ease. (Yes, reaching all your goals without hustling and working more than you want is 100000% possible.)
How you serve?
In three ways!
- I have a digital database called The Time Library of over 300+ holistic time management tools, strategies, and tips. The Time Library helps people find the right tools for them so they can finally spend their time how they want to.
- I’ve been coaching business owners 1:1 for the last two years using my signature framework, Expand Your Time, to heal from time scarcity and leverage their unique flow.
- This new year I’m expanding through guest teaching, VIP sessions, and group coaching programs.
What do you love about coaching?
Most of the people I work with are verbal processors which means without talking about what they want to do and how they’ll actually do it… they’ll get totally stuck in their head.
I see so many people set huge, lofty goals that aren’t in alignment with the life they’re trying to create. Then experience so much internal pressure and stress to do it all, making them feel defeated so they never get anywhere. (I can still fall victim to this trap if I don’t talk my goals and plans through).
Communicating what was in my head through coaching was the main thing that made achieving everything I want possible. Now I get to help others do the same-let go of the shoulds and out of their head, into their heart and body, and finally enjoy everything their soul has been craving.
What’s your favorite coaching question and how come?
Oh, I have two I can’t choose between.
Who do you need to be today in order to have everything you want?
This question merges the past, present, and future self and allows for the coachee to become completely responsible for their present self and moment.
What brought you joy as a child?
The answer to this question helps my clients step into pure timelessness and find the time abundance and joy they’ve been looking for.
What’s a favorite resource you share with those you serve?
I’m a google calendar NERD. If you don’t use your google calendar for everything, I wanna know why. Lol just kidding. But seriously my google calendar has become the tool to be my best self and achieve everything I want!

I enjoy asking clients what they want from coaching. Estefanía Bonavera Cohen – Holistic Coach
Who are you?
I’m a Holistic Coach and I help souls discover healing tools to improve their relationship with themselves and others through self-care practices.
Who do you serve?
I serve souls who want to do a deep work within themselves and discover what needs to be healed. We are going to heal inside out.
How you serve?
I have different programs that help people set time aside for healing and creating resources that will enrich their lives with healthy habits. We create a self-care routine that suits their own uniqueness and enable them to have a toolbox with beautiful practices that they can come back to anytime. Self-care practices can help us get to know ourselves better and create the boundaries that make us feel safe within ourselves and towards others. These practices are essential to our body, mind, and spirit.
We will create self-awareness having fun! I love card sets, worksheets, arts and crafts and music. I am also a psychologist, tarot reader, yoga teacher apart from being a coach so I use tools from all these pathways to healing to serve my people.
I have been through trauma and have dealt with difficulties in taking care of myself and having a healthy and conscious routine. I have learnt of diverse tools during my healing journey that I did not have in the beginning. I am so passionate about sharing these resources with my people so they can become the best version of themselves and thrive.
What do you love about coaching?
What I love about Coaching the most is that as a Coach I can guide a person to create awareness that enable them to come up with solutions for their goals. These solutions adjust specifically to them and are unique and it is wonderful how much I learn from these different pathways to healing. Everyone is different and the healing processes are all diverse and beautiful. It is wonderful to see each person grow in their own way, and that also adds up to my own healing process because the ideas they come up with, end up helping myself as well. Coaching has also served me on a personal and spiritual level immensely. As a therapist and being in therapy, I can say that Coaching is a wonderful tool and has completely served me in ways I never could have imagined. The powerful questions made by my coaches have inspired me to reflect on a deeper level, allowing me to come up with answers and questions about myself that I did not even know I had inside of me.
What’s your favorite coaching question and how come?
My favorite question is: what do you want to acknowledge yourself for? I love to ask this question by the end of my sessions because it shifts the person into great positive energy, even when they are going through something painful. Thinking on what is going well for us and celebrating it, encourages us with a great energy to keep moving on. We always look for other people’s approval or feedback and often we forget about doing that for ourselves in a loving way. It is beautiful to see what people come up with and how they light up when they realize that they are doing the best they possibly can and high five themselves. Being your own cheerleader is one of the best gifts!
What’s a favorite resource you share with those you serve?
My favorite resources to share are the steps to creating a self-care routine. I focus a lot on the evening and morning routines, which I think are the most important ones. A mindful evening routine sets you up for success for your next day, and a very conscious morning routine helps you start the day positively and energized. I also share my own morning routine and my favorite part is sharing about how I wake up with an alarm clock and how leaving my phone in the kitchen after 8 pm have changed my life!
What’s your current freebie?
I have a Facebook group called Healing Positive with Nia. I have a free live course every month with the members of the group. Each time we talk about a different topic. Some of the topics and resources I shared throughout the past year are how to set boundaries within ourselves and others, letting go rituals, and how to create a self-care routine and maintain it. It is usually a Facebook live and I announce it on the group and on Instagram as well. I always try to bring tools that can serve all my audience and they can bring to their daily lives.

Who are you?
I am a former health care executive who has been blessed to embrace life’s curve balls, and own my own health & happiness! As a holistic coach, public speaker, author and podcast host, my life’s purpose is to Inspire Awakenings. I spend every day supporting the journey for others to find their unique answers within themselves.
Who do you serve?
I serve those who have been serving others tirelessly and generously for a long, long time. Who have lots to be thankful for… yet they find that something is still OFF. Health, marriage, job, sadness… they can’t quite put their finger on it, and their type A personality has given them enough strength to muscle their way to get things done. But now they are at a crossroads, asking is this all there is? Is this what it’s all about? I serve those who are ready to pause, ask the hard questions, and reimagine.
How you serve?
Holistic coaching, key note speaking, author of best seller Her Phoenix Rising, workshops, podcast.
What do you love about coaching?
I love holding space to support those who are ready to find the spark within. When the stirring occurs to dive within, and embrace a deeper understanding of self… it lights me up!
What’s your favorite coaching question and how come?

What’s a favorite resource you share with those you serve?
Self-care. When we take care of self FIRST, we can show up from a place of wholeness, and live from abundance. There is nothing healthier and more attractive than a person who is comfortable in their own skin, who knows and loves themselves. They show up in community overflowing with love, generosity and joy. I love sharing tools and tips to support starting with self, as the foundation to a vibrant and joyful life!
