In this coaching demo, I introduced an exercise to support the Coachee in evoking awareness and clarity so that she could reach our agreement for the coaching conversation.
Some things you may notice:
1) I continued to ask questions around the Agreement to make sure we were both clear about what she wanted to get out of the call.
2) I asked for permission to introduce the exercise to make sure we remained on Coachee's agenda for the call, not mine.
3) I highlighted when she said that she is much more clear than she thought she was. Acknowledging someone's clarity supports them in making the connection between coaching and increased clarity. Increased clarity is a benefit that people often get and enjoy from coaching
About Estefania Bonavera
Estefania Bonavera is an Argentinian psychologist and school counselor. She started her journey in mental health working with special needs children and their families helping them grow. Her work at schools, counseling and providing workshops to families and professionals, has created a huge impact in the education and development of children at regular and special schools. After graduating as a psychologist at the University of Salvador in Buenos Aires, she continued her studies in Cognitive Psychology which helped her to provide Cognitive and also Psychoanalytic therapies with her patients. In 2019 she applied for the Au Pair exchange program in New Jersey, where she got certified as a Yoga teacher at The American Yoga Academy. Estefania is now a Holistic Coach at the Holistic Coaching Institute. Her mission is to use as many tools and resources with her people to help them in their healing journey through life. She resides now in South Orange, New Jersey with her husband.

About Beverly Sartain
Beverly Sartain is the President of the Holistic Coach Training Institute, where she trains aspiring coaches on coaching skills and business set-up. The Holistic Coach Certification Program is an ICF ACSTH accredited program that focuses on a holistic approach to coaching. We see Clients as whole, complete and resourceful to create creative solutions to their challenges and issues. Additionally, Beverly provides individual and group coaching through her brand, Recovery Life Management. She received her B.S. from the University of Florida and an M.A. from the University of Santa Monica. During her ten-year career in nonprofits, she managed and developed domestic violence and co-occurring residential programs. Beverly is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the ICF. Beverly enjoys helping professionals empower themselves around their skill set and online coaching business.
